Nessie

Nessies are warm blooded ancient seafaring creatures. They used to be found mostly in the oceans, but after the cataclysm the seas became too dangerous and they were pushed into freshwater lakes. Despite this, the Nessie’s have thrived, not having many natural predators to worry about apart from the occasional Gnarl with a stolen boat.
