Four New Non-Player Characters in Shoal

Here are some of the various NPCs you may meet in the town of Shoal.
Sister Dannia: The highest ranking member of ‘The Ones That Got Away.’ She insists that despite the drastic changes that have occurred as a result of Calagat’cha’s appearance, he’s really not such a bad fish.
Hadgar: “The Fishmonger” to those in the know, Hadgar is one of the few people in Shoal who still deal in fish. There’s a lot of money to be made, so long as you can avoid flying sparkfish attacks!
Vanthie Briggs: The mayor’s daughter, and a talented witch to boot. She does everything in her power to keep the sparkfish at bay.
Jonah Briggs: A former fisherman himself, Captain Briggs offers his service to anyone looking to fish in Shoal. He really should think about retiring.
