We’re not playable… but that still doesn’t mean we rock!
The second class of non-player characters have been revealed on Twin Skies; the Gator Men. Too bad we can’t play them huh? I think they got a little cool happening there somewhere.
The gator men are a hulking, jovial race whose love of food is the driving force behind much of their civilization. Their arts, literature, and even their spoken language were all byproducts of their endless quest to discover fantastic new culinary delights, and the best ways to prepare each delicious meal.
Despite their love of food, gator men do not raise any of their own livestock, nor do they have any farms to speak of. Instead, gator men devote a great deal of their time to either finding food, or earning the money needed to buy the foods they want. Gator men make excellent mercenaries, provided you can keep them well paid and well fed, and so long as you don’t look good enough to eat…
Gator men live in marshes and wetlands. They prefer the murky waters to dry land, but some tribes have built small villages suspended on stilts so that they can cook their meals on dry land while still being close enough to the water to go for a quick post-meal dip, and possibly scare up some more food for their next meal.
