Curious about what happened to Adam Powell and Donna Williams after Neopets sold to Viacom in 2005?
When Neopets was sold to Viacom back in 2005, the original creators, Adam Powell and Donna Williams, left the company. After staying in Canada for a few months the two moved back to the UK.
Now in 2008 they are back! Powell and Williams have moved back to Los Angeles and have created Meteor Games. With this company, which now has over 40 employees, they intend of creating a new kind of MMO (massive multiplayer online).
It has been announced that Twin Skies will be developed with the latest technology to bring a game like no other. Adam and Donna have been working on this game for some time now, and hope to have the full-game available in 2009.
The creative and witty duo have lots of big plans for the game, but only time will tell exactly what the final result will be.
